Rent Allies is a peer-to-peer (P2P) housing connection platform that helps outgoing occupants (listers) seamlessly connect with prospective tenants looking for an apartment. Our service enables renters to bypass stressful agent-led inspections and avoid excessive fees.

Listers post details of the apartments they are moving out from, and in return, they get free access to all available listings. Prospective renters gain direct insight into listed apartments and can communicate with listers to secure a place efficiently. Rent Allies does not own or manage any properties; we simply facilitate connections between users.

3. Payments and Transactions
Currently, Rent Allies is offering free access to all users for a limited time (use coupon code FREEPASS). After this promotional period, prospective renters may be required to pay a small fee to access listers’ contact details.

Once a transaction is completed (i.e., a prospective tenant successfully receives the contact information of a lister), Rent Allies fulfills its service. We do not guarantee rental outcomes or the final agreement between users.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Rent Allies is not responsible for:

The accuracy, legality, or quality of the listed apartments.
Any agreement, negotiation, or transaction between outgoing occupants (listers) and prospective renters.
The outcome of property visits, negotiations, or final rental decisions.

We encourage users to conduct their due diligence before committing to any rental arrangement.

5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:

Provide truthful and accurate property details when listing an apartment.
Verify property details before making rental decisions.
Use contact information obtained through Rent Allies solely for rental inquiries.
Refrain from misusing the platform for fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

6. Termination of Service
Rent Allies reserves the right to terminate access to users who violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Changes to Terms
Rent Allies may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
